At 3 days pregnant, you are very early in your pregnancy. In fact, you might not even be pregnant yet! Pregnancy is typically dated from the first day of your last menstrual period, which means that at 3 days pregnant, you would just be ovulating or releasing an egg from your ovary.
It’s unlikely that you would experience any pregnancy symptoms at this stage. However, some women do report very early signs of pregnancy such as

- Breast tenderness: Your breasts may start to feel tender or swollen due to hormonal changes.
- You may feel more tired than usual.
- Hormonal changes can also cause mood swings.
These symptoms can also be caused by other things, so they are not a reliable way to tell if you are pregnant.
If you are trying to get pregnant, you can track your ovulation and basal body temperature to increase your chances of conception. You can also talk to your doctor about any concerns you have about getting pregnant.
